我的名字是王畇，出生於新北市，家中有四個小孩，而我是老么。雖然家中小孩年齡差距很大，但我們感情都很好。爸媽比較開明，我想做什麼都很支持。
畢業於臺北市金甌女中，現在就讀於台中科技大學。高中就讀應英系是因為覺得自己比較擅長英文這個科目，也很喜歡看影集，媽媽也希望我朝這個專業發展
大學繼續念應英是因為高中就是念這個科系 想說對於未來很有幫助 所以就繼續當自己的專科，未來有機會的希望能修第二專長。
能力允許的話，也希望能出國留學看看不同國家的教育制度。
去年我大一休學，有去了美國留學半年，但發現時機還未到，所以打算回來台灣念完大學四年再出國進修。
在我高中期間，我參與了許多英文相關的比賽，像是：英語歌唱比賽、英語
讀者劇場，還有英文專題簡報比賽，從中不僅增長了我的英文實力，也讓我學
到了團結合作的重要性。老師也曾經指派我在週會報告英文時事，雖然在全校
面前很緊張，但我還是完成了這個任務。這些比賽經驗累積下來，讓我受益良
多，也使得我在別人面前更有自信表達自己的想法。

As my mom told me, “ The things you do don't mean that they will be good
enough, but it is better than doing nothing.” As a result, whatever I do, I always
try my best to accomplish my purpose. My name is Wang Yun. My family consists
of parents, two sisters and a brother. I am the youngest among my family.
Although my sisters are senior to me by ten years, I still get along well with them.
My family adopts a democratic education because I am the youngest, my parents have not been so demanding to me. They always support me to do what I like.
During my high school, I participated in a lot of competitions related to English
and even won some awards. For instance, I took part in the English singing
Competition and English Reader Theatre with my classmates; we won the third
place. I was also assigned by English teacher to participate in Thematic English
competition hosted by Foreign Language Group Center. The teacher also
designated me to the weekly English current affairs report. Although I was very
nervous in front of the school, I still completed this task. Accumulation of these
competition experiences has given me a lot of benefits, and it has also made me
more confident in expressing myself in front of others.
In this international era, I think the skill of English ability is the most powerful
tool, which can make me link with the world. If I continue to major in English at
college, I will be more proficient. Moreover, I hope to win the opportunity to
study abroad; on the other hand, I also want to strive for the chance to go
overseas internship. |
