我有四個姊姊和三個哥哥，小時候爸媽為了讓我們養 成互助合作和守時的觀念，告訴我們在五點前要做完 所有家事，否則，全部的人就得做青蛙跳，反之，每 個人都能拿到零用錢。這讓我學到團結的重要性，養 成凡事以團體利益為優先，個人利益為次要，而這也 造就我和家人的感情和睦、互助的氣氛。

高中時參加社團是國樂社，國樂比賽或表演都是需要 合作的，若有一種樂器無法表達極致，則無法帶給聽 眾堪稱完美的表演。每當我在練習時，會花時間把樂 曲的細節練到精熟，而能在準確的拍子上切入，這樣 的執著造就我在對熱愛的事時能全心全意投入。高二 幹部徵選時，憑著積極與卓越的領導能力當選社長一 職。在當社長這段期間，雖然有幹部意見分歧的狀況 ，在了解彼此想法後，讓我學到團體中最重要的是溝 通而不是一昧地堅持己見。社長一職雖然是社團的領 導者但不代表能決定任何事情，在社團中，我慢慢學 會傾聽夥伴的意見。

在大學中，課堂中需要分組合作的石也很多，需要大家的分擔一點工作才能完成一整學期的課堂作業，這其中我常常擔任溝通的角色，讓大家達成共識，未來在職場上也會常常遇到，也許剛進職場都會是主管擔任溝通的角色，我也要努力的觀摩、學習，未來需要協助溝通協調時也能派上用場。

I have four older sisters and three older brothers. When we were young, our parents told us to finish all the household chores before five o'clock to instill the concepts of mutual assistance, cooperation, and punctuality. Otherwise, we all had to do frog jumps. Conversely, everyone would receive pocket money if we finished on time. This taught me the importance of unity, prioritizing collective interests over personal ones, which also fostered a harmonious and supportive atmosphere within my family.

In high school, I joined the Chinese traditional music club. Cooperation was essential for performances and competitions. If one instrument failed to perform at its best, it would affect the overall performance. During practices, I spent time mastering the details of the music, ensuring precise timing. This dedication allowed me to wholeheartedly immerse myself in what I love. In my sophomore year, I was elected president of the club due to my active involvement and outstanding leadership skills. During my tenure, despite occasional disagreements among members, I learned that effective communication, not stubbornness, is crucial within a group. Being the president didn't mean having the final say on everything; instead, I learned to listen to my peers' opinions.

In college, group projects were common in class. Sharing the workload was necessary to complete the semester's assignments. I often took on the role of communicator to facilitate consensus among group members. This skill will be valuable in the workplace, where effective communication is vital. Perhaps initially, supervisors will handle communication, but I aim to observe and learn. In the future, when assistance in communication and coordination is needed, I'll be ready.
